Less than three weeks before launch, Rockstar shared a dozen new screenshots and a long list of gameplay details for Grand Theft Auto VI through a feature in Edge magazine. Here are the new features that matter most.

How big is the GTA 6 map?

The overall map is roughly the size of GTA 4, GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 combined. It's set in the fictional state of Leonida, ranging from Vice City's neon waterfront to small towns, trailer parks, swamps and rural stretches. One new screenshot even shows an underwater area with a hammerhead shark, as diving is confirmed.

In a surprise move, Rockstar provided a real GTA 6 gameplay clip for South Park's October 28 episode. The end credits confirm the footage is genuine.
